Yes. Arcade games are rated Perfect on the R36S (RK3326): they generally run at full speed.

Classic arcade games (pre-1995 hardware) run full-speed. Very demanding 32-bit arcade hardware may have issues on RK3326.

Made for a 4:3 TV, so it fills the 3.5-inch screen of the R36S, R36 Pro and R36H. On the 4-inch square screen (R36S Plus, R36 Max, R36S Ultra) it shows with bars at the top and bottom.
