Yes. Atari Lynx games are rated Perfect on the R36S (RK3326): they generally run at full speed.

1. Power off, take out the game card (the TF2/GAME slot on dual-slot units) and open it on a computer.
2. Copy the game file you own into the Atari Lynx folder, and the BIOS file into the BIOS folder.
3. Put the card back, restart, and open Atari Lynx from the main menu.
4. In game, the RetroArch quick menu (usually Select + X on ArkOS) has save states and display settings.

The Lynx was the first colour backlit handheld, launched in 1989 with hardware scaling and rotation the Game Boy could not touch. It could also be held either way up for left-handed players. Battery life and price sank it.
