How to set up Cosmic Fantasy 2 on R36S

Usual emulator: Beetle PCE Fast
BIOS: Required: syscard3.pce

Power off, take out the game card (the TF2/GAME slot on dual-slot units) and open it on a computer.
Copy the game file you own into the PC Engine CD folder, and the BIOS file into the BIOS folder.
Put the card back, restart, and open PC Engine CD from the main menu.
In game, the RetroArch quick menu (usually Select + X on ArkOS) has save states and display settings.

Super CD-ROM² games need the System Card 3 BIOS; older cards will not boot them.
